The Kilner® Fermentation Set provides the easy way to create large batches of your own delicious fermented foods packed with vitamins, minerals, and probiotic cultures. Perfect for creating sauerkraut, kimchi, pickles, and much more. Creating your own fermented foods is easy - just add your favorite vegetables, filtered water, and salt.

This fermenting jar has a capacity of 3 litres / 3000ml which is perfect for fermenting a large quantity then decanting into small jars to store for a later time.

The silicone lid with air lock allows gases to be released but does not allow air to enter the jar during the fermentation process. The ceramic weights ensure that the contents are submerged under the brine to prevent any spoilage.

Packaged in a full-color gift box with recipe and instruction booklet, ideal for gifting.
